Our History

Kenton Hall Pavilion and adjoining playing fields were first opened in 1920 by Princess Wiasemsky, the daughter of Gordon Selfridge Sr., and were originally used by staff of Selfridges Department Store as their sports pavilion and grounds.

During World War II, the Pavilion was then occupied by the British Army until after the war when the site was transferred to the control of the Wembley Urban District Council (UDC) and became known as the John Billam Sports Ground.

The Pavilion was bought by a local community charity and have been operating Kenton Hall since 2006.
